Built around partners

Your deal, your merchant.

Every file you send stays your deal from submission to renewal. You keep the relationship, and we back it with fast decisions and clear terms.

  • Quick decisions, with a clear reason when a file isn't a fit
  • Offers and counteroffers go to the submitting ISO
  • When your merchant renews, the renewal is yours

Why partners send us files

We run like a partner, not a black box.

A dedicated rep

One relationship manager who knows your shop, your volume and your merchants.

Underwriters on the phone

Talk a file through before and after you submit. No ticket queues.

Cash flow underwriting

We read deposits, not just a credit score, so more of your files get a real look.

Paid on funding

Commission is paid when the deal funds, with a clear statement of what you earned.

Easy to explain to your merchant

A simple product your clients understand.

Lotus funds merchant cash advances. Your merchant gets capital up front and remits a share of revenue until the purchased amount is delivered. No equity, no surprises.

Partner questions

What ISOs ask before the first file.

Who gets credit for a renewal?

You do. Renewals on merchants you brought to us are credited to you.

How and when is commission paid?

Commission is paid on funding, and every payment comes with a statement showing the deal and the amount. Your relationship manager will walk you through the schedule in your ISO agreement.

Can I talk a file through before I submit?

Yes. Call your relationship manager or an underwriter and we will tell you plainly whether it's worth sending.

How do I submit?

Email the package to subs@lotusfundinggrp.com and copy your relationship manager. Put “New Deal / New Submission” in the subject line so it lands in an underwriter's inbox.

Revenue based funding

One product, done well.

We fund merchant cash advances. That focus is why our underwriting is quick, our contracts are clear and our team knows the product inside out. Share this page with your merchants.

Merchant questions

What your clients will ask.

Is this a loan?

No. A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of a business's future receivables. The business receives the purchase price up front and remits an agreed share of receivables until the purchased amount is delivered.

How is the remittance set?

From the business's actual deposits. Remittances are collected daily or weekly by ACH, and the agreement explains how to request a review if revenue changes.

Can the business get more later?

Yes. As the balance pays down and the business performs, its ISO can submit it for additional funding.

How do I get funded by Lotus?

Through an independent ISO or broker. Lotus doesn't take applications directly from business owners.

About Lotus

A funding partner for the broker community.

Lotus Funding Group provides revenue based funding to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States, working hand in hand with ISO and broker partners.

Your success is our focus. Your growth is our purpose.

Our approach

Built around the people who bring us deals.

We built Lotus around the brokers who send us files: quick answers, fair terms and a team that picks up the phone.

That lets us put our effort where it matters: underwriting files quickly on real cash flow, writing offers merchants can understand, and keeping the same people on a deal from submission to renewal. It is how we earn repeat files from ISOs and repeat fundings from their merchants.

Speed

Decisions in hours, because your merchant's opportunity doesn't wait.

Clarity

Every offer shows the funded amount, the payback and the remittance before anyone signs.

Partnership

We protect the brokers who bring us business, from the first file to the fifth renewal.
